Before he even entered high school, class of 2014 prospect Shep Garner was a big name in the Philadelphia hoops scene.

Now a 6-foot-2, 183-pound sophomore at Roman Catholic (PA), Garner is getting attention from colleges all over the East Coast. VUSports.com caught up with the talented guard to discuss where things stand with his recruitment, his interest in Villanova, and more.

At this point, Garner said he has scholarship offers from Penn State, Rutgers and Florida. However, those are not the only schools interested in him.

"Basically like all of the schools," Garner said of what other programs are involved in his recruitment. "Like almost everywhere."
