Tyler Roberson Picking Up National Recruiting Interest

by Alex Schwartz

After spending the beginning of his high school career at Union (NJ), class of 2013 standout Tyler Roberson made the move to Roselle Catholic (NJ) this summer.

Although the 6-foot-8 small forward has yet to play in a game for his new school, he already has his high hopes for the upcoming season.

Asked his goals for the 2011-12 season, the junior replied simply, “To win a state championship.”

Although the high school season is right around the corner and Roberson still has nearly two years before his begins college, he already has a wealth of options.

Roberson told NBE via text message that his school list consists of Kansas State, Kansas, Pitt, Villanova, Syracuse, Cincinnati, Virginia Tech, and “other schools.”
