2013 Prospect: Reggie Cameron

by Alex Schwartz

A 6-foot-7, 215-pound combo forward who can play inside and out, Reggie Cameron is one of the more versatile players in the Northeast in the class of 2013. Cameron, a star at Hudson Catholic (NJ), was in attendance at the Rumble in the Bronx this past weekend with the Playaz U16 squad and took the time to speak with VUSports.com on Sunday afternoon.

Cameron said that he has scholarship offers from seven programs at this point: Rutgers, Seton Hall, Cincinnati, DePaul, Providence, UMass, and Xavier. In addition, he noted that Florida, Villanova and Virginia have expressed interest.

The Garden State standout claims no favorite right now. Seton Hall, Rutgers and Villanova (for last year's Midnight Madness) are the only colleges that Cameron said he has made unofficial visits to.
