National High School Top 25- 3/15/11

by Alex Schwartz

First off, I apologize for the lack of posts the past week or so. I have been extremely busy. Anyway, on to the important stuff, the high school basketball season is nearing its completion. In some states the games are already over and in others the state tournaments are currently taking place. Thus, this may well be the final top 25 of the season until the final postseason one comes out.

St. Anthony's beat St. Patrick's in the big-time NJ showdown between the top two ranked teams from the last poll. The Friars then won the state title and are now two NJSIAA Tournament of Champions victories away from being the mythical national champion. Have a look below at where St. Pat's fell to and where other teams from across the nation rank. Interestingly, the top 25 teams remain the same, although the order has changed quite a bit.
