Back on October 12, there were 51 uncommitted players in the NBE Post-Summer Class of 2011 Top 150. After the conclusion of the early signing period just over five weeks later, only 14 uncommitted ranked prospects remain. In addition, a few players who have made verbal commitments opted not to sign early.

Below is the list of ranked players who have yet to make their verbal commitment as well as those who have made their pledge, but did not sign.
