Recruit Recon’s coverage of the events in Orlando came to a close today as more and more teams were eliminated from U17 AAU Nationals. The U16 AAU Nationals champion was crowned, with BABC knocking off All-Ohio Red to claim the program’s thirteenth AAU Nationals title. Before heading back to the Northeast for the final day of the July Live Evaluation period, we caught up with more players for school lists and recruiting updates.

Remy Abell ’11, a 6’3 point guard from Eastern (KY) who runs with Shining Star Sports- Davis, has offers from Seton Hall, Ohio, Wright State, Akron, Morehead State, IUPUI, Marshall, and Bradley. Dayton, Murray State, Alabama, Louisville, and others are showing interest.  Abell has no favorites at this time.
