Jabarie Hinds '11 of Mount Vernon (NY) is one of the better point guards in the class of 2011.

Hinds is a player with numerous high-major schools recruiting him, many of whom have offered. Villanova falls into the first category, but Hinds remains without an offer from the Wildcats. While in Orlando with the Westchester Hawks, Hinds updated VUSports.com on where things stand with his recruitment as a whole and specifically with Nova.

The 5'11 floor general lists offers from Oklahoma State, UNLV, Louisville, Wake Forest, Virginia, Rutgers, and St. John's to go along with interest from Villanova, West Virginia, Oklahoma, and Boston College.

He has no favorites at this point, but will be trimming his list shortly. "In August I'm gonna cut my list down," Hinds said.

"I wanna sign before next school season, make a commitment . . . before next basketball season," Hinds said of his timetable.
