Kamari Murphy of Lincoln (NY) is one of the top players in New York City. The 6'8 combo forward is currently in Orlando for the AAU Super Showcase with his talented AAU squad, the Long Island Lightning. Murphy took the time to shed some light on his recruitment to RedStormReport.com and also provided some news on when he will enter college.
Murphy is being recruited by Virginia Tech, Virginia, Providence, Rutgers, St. John's, Siena, Iowa, and Iowa State. He has offers from Providence, Rutgers, St. John's, Siena, and Iowa State. At this point Murphy has no favorites in his recruitment.
