Nike Peach Jam- Day Two Rundown

The 2010 Nike Peach Jam kept on rolling on Tuesday and the stars took things into their own hands on day two. Amongst the top players on the day were two players ranked in the top three in the nation headed to the same college. While some lesser-known players did show well, it was the big-timers who were, well, big-time in front of the college coaches.

Top Performers

Shaq Boga, 2011, PG, 6’0, 170lbs, McCluer (MO), St. Louis Eagles-
The St. Louis Eagles got top 10 player and Florida-commit Brad Beal back from FIBAs on Tuesday, but it was Boga who led the way anyway. A talented floor general, Boga put up 22 points (8/12 FG, 0/1 3P, 6/9 FT), 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 turnover in a 63-54 win over Louisiana Select. Boga has improved his game over the past year, especially in the scoring department, though he is still able to distribute the rock.
