Nike Peach Jam- Day Three Rundown

With pool play games in the morning to decide the teams who would move on to the playoffs later Wednesday night, day three of the Nike Peach Jam was quite intense. Even at the U16 level things were heated as the afternoon pitted some top teams fighting to advance to bracket play. As always, a few players stepped up and shined under the bright lights, not to mention the watchful eyes of hundreds of college coaches.

Top Performers

Cameron Biedschied, 2012, SF, 6’5, Cardinal Ritter (MO), St. Louis Eagles 16s-
A long wing, Biedschied is not a guys who exactly wows with his play. Rather, he plays the game the right way, does the little things, and makes things happen. Now, that is not to take away from the play for the Show Me State standout, as he had a great showing in both of his games. Biedschied is still developing, has a high ceiling, and is a versatile player who can play multiple positions on the floor. He led his team to a win over All-Ohio Black, but could not push his team over the top against the Mac Irvin Fire.
