Miami Hoops Recruiting Overview

The University of Miami has cast a wide net when it comes to recruiting for the class of 2011.
Frank Haith and his assistants have aggressively targeted numerous highly-touted prospects from all over the country. The Hurricanes currently have two spots available in the 2011 class.
Below is a rundown of Miami’s primary recruiting targets in the class of 2011.

Point Guards
PG Ryan Boatright, Aurora East (IL) - The 5-foot-10 Midwest star has been public with his affinity for the Canes and Miami looks to be in good position with the 55th-ranked player in the ESPNU 100. Wake Forest, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Kansas State are amongst the other schools in the mix.
PG Bishop Daniels, Word of God Academy (NC) - One of the most athletic players in his class, Daniels (6-2) likes Miami, but the Canes have stiff competition from many other schools. A combo guard ranked 83rd in the ESPNU 100, Daniels is high on South Carolina, Georgetown, Wake Forest, and Charlotte as well.
