The Villanova coaching staff is looking to land a point guard in the class of 2011, and one of the players being targeted is Jabarie Hinds of Mount Vernon (NY). The 6'0, 165-pounder recently took a visit to the Villanova campus despite not yet holding an offer from the Wildcats.

Hinds lists Oklahoma State, Louisville, Wake Forest, Villanova, Florida State, UConn, Iona, Virginia, Miami, and UNLV amongst the schools recruiting him, noting that there are others as well. Villanova and UConn are the only two on the list who have yet to offer.

Thus far, Hinds has taken visits to just three schools: Villanova, Wake Forest, and Oklahoma State. He said Oklahoma State, Wake Forest, and Louisville are the schools recruiting him the hardest.

Are there any schools standing out to Rivals' number 73 ranked player? "Well, I really like Oklahoma State and Wake Forest and Louisville is a good school I haven't visited yet, I might visit. Villanova is good, I really like Villanova," Hinds said.
