Maryland Looking Coast to Coast for Talent

Jabari Brown ’11 is more well-known on a national level, and while the University of Maryland is recruiting the West Coast shooter, in-state big man Greg Lewis ’11 is also garnering interest from the Terps. While at NBPA Top 100 Camp, both players filled in TurtleSportsReport.com on their recruitment.

Greg Lewis was a late addition to the elite event, but he did not disappoint. The 6’8, 221-pound forward from St. Frances Academy (MD) averaged a solid 6.0 points per game with a single game high of nine.

UMass, South Florida, Maryland, and Villanova are the schools that Lewis says are recruiting him the hardest. Ohio State, Rutgers, Virginia, Old Dominion, and Syracuse
are the other programs involved in Lewis’ recruitment.
