City Rocks Standouts Fly Under Radar

The Albany City Rocks are one of the top AAU programs in the state of New York and compete with the best of the best on a national level.
The program runs the renowned Rumble in the Bronx and while some its top U17 players were not able to play, other stepped up to fill the void.
One player that was out of action at the Rumble was Eric Katenda '11 of Cheshire Academy (CT). Katenda is coming off of an appendectomy about two weeks ago. He will begin working out again this week and expects to be back in game action come July. While the power forward was not able to play, he was there at the Rumble in the Bronx to support his squad and took some time to update NYChoops.net on his recruitment.
