NY Recruiting Tidbits from Bob Gibbons TOC Day 1

With a half dozen teams from New York playing at the U17 level of the Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions, there are clearly some talented players on display. NYChoops.net had a chance to speak with four class of 2011 prospects in attendance.
Jermaine Sanders, a 6'5 wing out of Rice (NY), is arguably the best rising senior in the Big Apple. He listed Villanova, St. John's, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Marquette, Pitt, South Carolina, Rutgers, Seton Hall, and Providence as the programs recruiting. Sanders, who was playing with New Heights NYC, said he has offers from Villanova, St. John's, and Providence. Asked if he has any favorites, Sanders replied, "No, not right now."
