The next phase in the life of Villanova-signee James Bell '10 will begin tomorrow, as that is when he will leave for college.

"I'm leaving [for VU on] Friday," Bell said. He only recently graduated from Montverde Academy (FL). "I graduated last Saturday," the soon-to-be official Wildcat said.

Bell did not have much time to relax after graduation, as he only had several days between finishing high school and beginning college. "Like a week [off], something like that," he said.

The number 42 ranked player in the class of 2010 according to Rivals, Bell is "not really sure" who he will be rooming with for the summer months. Asked if he will be living with the only other incoming freshman, Jayvaughn Pinkston '10, during the year, Bell replied, "Probably, I would think it would be another freshman."

The reason that Pinkston is the only other incoming freshman is because Markus Kennedy will be doing a post-grad year and will be part of the class of 2011.
