Despite featuring just 48 teams, 24 in each the 17U and 16U age groups, the Hoop Group Jam Fest Spring had a number of quality prospects in attendance. A number of the players are receiving interest from high-major schools across the country, including the Big East.

Blaise Mbargorba, a 7-foot center, did not get much playing time on a loaded St. Benedict’s team that finished the year ranked top five in the nation. Despite that, the native of Cameroon who has been in the US for about two years, is receiving some college attention as he develops into an interesting prospect in the class of 2011.
