At the start of the high school season, in addition to releasing a National Preseason High School Top 100, I also put out rankings of the top high school teams in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. St. Patrick's led the way in the New Jersey Preseason High School Top 20, and retains that #1 rank for the first update. Check out the revised rankings after the first one-plus month of hoops. Again, schools with fifth year players are not eligible for the rankings.
