BREAKING NEWS!!! Shaq Duncan Sets Presser, Expected to Pick Niagara

by Alex Schwartz

Shaq Duncan '10 of Frankford (PA), a 6'9 center, has made his college decision. The Keystone State standout will be holding a press conference at 2:00pm tomorrow, Wednesday, to announce his school choice. Duncan has received interest and offers from schools at all levels, from low-major to high-major. The big man is expected to be picking a school right in the middle.

According to multiple sources, Shaq Duncan will be pledging to Niagara. The MAAC school will be getting a long and athletic low post player who blocks shots, throws down crowd pleasing dunks, and has a high ceiling as a prospect. Some of the schools that expressed interest in Duncan, and many of which offered, include Virginia Commonwealth, Iona, George Mason, Nebraska, Robert Morris, Fairfield, Memphis, and Drexel.

Once again, in news being first reported by Northstar Basketball, Shaq Duncan is expected to commit to Niagara at a 2:00pm press conference on Wednesday.
