A big-time all-star game is on tap for tomorrow evening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Rasual Butler All-City Basketball Classic features the best freshman, sophomores, and juniors in the Philadelphia area, in three separate games (5:15pm, 6:45pm, and 8:20pm), all of which will be at the Community College of Philadelphia. Here's a rundown of players in each contest:
