End of Regular Season NJ, NY, PA, and Overall Rankings

The regular seasons in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania are over for the most part, and county/borough/district/etc. tournaments have begun. I decided that now would be a good time to post my state rankings. Note that no schools—i.e. Blair Academy (NJ) and The Nia School (NJ)—that have post-grads are being included in the rankings.
