Prime Time Shootout Day Two School Lists
I got approximately 20 school lists this weekend at the Prime Time Shootout at Villanova. I will be posting them in two separate articles. This one will have the lists I got on Friday night, while the other one—check back soon—will have the lists I got on Saturday. Here's the information I got on the 30th:
Koron Reed ’09, Roman Catholic (PA): Marist, Delaware
State, Morgan State, Hartford, and St. Francis (PA)
Offers: None
Favorite: “Marist looks pretty good right now.”
Note- Reed said that these five schools are “the
main ones [he is] talking to right now.”
Duane Johnson ’09, Penn Wood (PA): West Chester (DII),
Quinnipiac, St. Francis (PA), and Rider

Tyree Johnson ’10, Penn Wood (PA): Marquette, Penn
State, Rice, Kansas State, Georgetown, St. Joseph’s, Temple, La Salle, South
Carolina, Mount St. Mary’s, and Drexel
Offers: Temple and La Salle

Note- When I asked Johnson what he is
looking for in a school, he said, “I’m looking to play.”
Rakeem Brookins ’10, Roman Catholic (PA): James
Madison, George Mason, Drexel, Clemson, Stanford, Georgetown, UMass, Delaware,
and UPenn
Offers: James Madison, Delaware, and

Anthony Mayo ’10, Roman Catholic (PA): Delaware and
Rider
Offers: None
Favorite: “Delaware, I like Delaware.”
Notes- Mayo, who had list Mount St. Mary’s
during the summer said the school is “not so much” involved anymore. As well,
Anthony told me he is looking for a school with a “nice campus [and a] good
coach.”
Malcolm Gilbert ’11, Academy of the New Church (PA):
Notre Dame, Villanova, Syracuse, Georgia Tech, West Virginia, Virginia, St.
Joseph’s, Temple, Tennessee, Miami, Rutgers, La Salle, Drexel, UPenn, Penn
State, Pitt, Delaware, Stanford, and Maryland
Offers: “I don’t know too much about [who has offered me].”
