I just heard from Tyrus Weaver '10 that his teammate at Windsor (CT), Adrian Satchell '09, has committed to UMBC. Satchell is a gifted big man with a lot of potential, and he may well thrive at the low-major level. He, Waver, Steven Samuels '09, Ryan Delaire '10, and Doug Soutar '10 combine to for a dominant Connecticut public school program. Satchell and Samuels lead the way for the squad, which was the runner-up at the Hoop Group Showcase this summer and also defeated Neumann-Goretti (PA) at the Summer Shootout. Once again, Adrian Satchell has committed to UMBC.
