- ZagsBlog.net has reported that Durand Scott '09 has trimmed his list to five schools: Pitt, Miami, UConn, UCLA, and Tennessee.
- According to "Putt" Saddler, the father of Devon Saddler '09, the gifted shooting guard from Aberdeen (MD) has committed to Delaware. This is a major get for the Blue Hens, as Saddler is physical, athletic, and talented. "[The] coaches, [the] campus, and possible playing time" were the factors that went into Devon's decision said his father. Saddler had Delaware at the top of his list in early September, and it has remained there. Saddler is one of the many quality players to commit to a CAA school in the past few weeks, along with Paul Bilbo '09 (Hofstra), Paris Bennett '09 (George Mason), Rashad Whack '09 (George Mason), and the main one, Rashanti Harris '09 (Georgia State).

- ESPNU has an article on the Fall Jam Fest re-capping the event, with a main feature being West Virginia-commit Dalton Pepper '09 of Pennsbury (PA).
- In case you missed it in my Fall Jam Fest Day One Overview, Myles Davis '11 has transferred from St. Benedict's (NJ) to St. Peter's (NJ), saying, "I wanted to start over academically, . . . [and] plus, [with] basketball, . . . I wanted to show everybody I can play." Davis is the second class of 2011 guard to leave a New Jersey powerhouse, as Shaq Stokes recently left St. Patrick's (NJ) for Lincoln (NY). At St. Peter's, Myles will pair with fellow class of 2011 star Keith Lumpkin, an intimidating post presence, to form one of the area's best inside-outside combinations.
