Two weeks ago George Mason picked up Rashad Whack '09 of Bishop McNamara (MD). Today, the Patriots added another commitment from a well-known senior, as 6'6 forward Paris Bennett '09 of St. Patrick's (NJ) gave Jim Larranaga and Co. a verbal pledge while on his official visit this morning. Bennett informed me of his decision within the last couple of hours. With Bennett and Whack already in the fold and GMU recruiting a number of other talented seniors, expect the program to rise back to CAA prominence soon. Once again, Paris Bennett has committed to George Mason.
