- Will Adams '09 of Imhotep Charter (PA) has committed to Towson. The senior shooting guard had listed Towson as his number three choice behind Rider and Drexel back in mid-August, but evidently that has changed.

- According to a source with knowledge of the situation, Lamont "MoMo" Jones '09 has transferred to Oak Hill Academy (VA). The talented point guard was originally headed to St. Anthony's (NJ), but Head Coach Bob Hurley said that the school would stick with its policy of not accepting senior transfers. "MoMo" needed to transfer as the high school wing of his school, American Christian (PA), shut down. Jones then seemed headed for the school he attended prior to ACA, Rice (NY), but that fell through. With Tommy Mason-Griffin '09 not attending Oak Hill as expected, a spot was open for Jones.

- I caught up with Terrence Boyd '09 yesterday, and he named 10 schools, all of which have extended scholarship offers: USC, Kansas, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Texas, Cincinnati, Florida, Western Kentucky, and San Diego State. Boyd told me at the AAU Super Showcase that USC and Kentucky were his favorites, but now says that "all of them are [his] favorites."
