Tamir Jackson and DeMarcus Cousins, both in the class of 2009, are set to make for an imposing duo at UAB in a couple of years . . . or are they? I had heard a rumor that Tamir "Pop" Jackson of St. Benedict's (NJ) was wavering on his commitment to the Blazers. I caught up with Tamir last night to ask him directly about the situation. He tole me that "yeah," he is wavering on his commitment, and "yeah," he is contemplating de-committing from Mike Davis' program. Right now, though, nothing is for sure.
