The Hoop Group Elite Camp Session Two took place at The College of New Jersey from July 9th-10th, and featured some of the best basketball players from high schools throughout the eastern part of America. Here is my ranking of the top players in both the National Division and the American Division at the camp based primarily on in-camp performance:
