As I mentioned in the post below, I had the opportunity to get in touch with Oak Hill Academy (VA) big man Keith "Tiny" Gallon '09 today. The big-bodied post player informed me that he is currently considering five schools: Oklahoma, Cal, USC, UCLA, and Mississippi St., all of which have offered him a scholarship. I inquired of the rising senior as to which school is currently his leader, and he had this to say: "I don't have [any]. They [are] all the same." I followed that up by asking him who he would sign with if tomorrow was signing day and he had to pick a school. Gallon informed me that "probably OU" would be his choice. So, it seems that the Sooners are leading for "Tiny," even though he won't name a favorite. This is interesting, as http://www.rivals.com/ reported not-too-long-ago that Mississippi St. was leading the way in the quest to gain Gallon's services after high school. I'll keep you posted on how the recruitment of the highly-regarded Keith "Tiny" Gallon progresses. Stay tuned.
